1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Days Until mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Days Until ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Days Until is a countdown timer application that allows users to:

• Create and manage countdown timers for personal events
• Add countdown widgets to their device home screen and lock screen
• Set up reminders and notifications for important dates
• Sync countdown data across multiple Apple devices via iCloud
• Customize the appearance and behavior of countdowns

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content you create in the App, including countdown events, custom settings, and personal data ("User Content").

By using the App, you grant us the right to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality, including synchronization across your devices.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content and must not create content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Days Until offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through subscription plans:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically through your Apple ID account
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies
• Free Trial: If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our privacy practices.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to engage in unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To transmit or create any harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others or restricts others' use and enjoyment of the App
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the App at your own risk.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Days Until and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your devices. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

13. Apple App Store Terms

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any). Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
